  • Project management and oversight

Project Estimates and Contracts

All projects require a written estimate and signed contract before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final project costs may vary based on:

  • Material price fluctuations
  • Unforeseen conditions discovered during work
  • Client-requested changes to original scope
  • Code requirements or permits not previously identified

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Generally, we require:

  • Deposit upon contract signing
  • Progress payments at defined project milestones
  • Final payment upon project completion and client approval

Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship with the following warranty terms:

  • One-year warranty on all labor
  • Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures
  • Workmanship warranty covers defects in installation

Warranty coverage does not include damage due to normal wear, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

Permits and Inspections

We will obtain all necessary permits and schedule required inspections for permitted work. Clients are responsible for permit fees and any additional inspections required by local authorities.

Project Timeline

While we strive to complete projects within agreed timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Material delivery delays
  • Permit processing delays
  • Client-requested changes

Insurance and Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Clients should ensure their property insurance covers construction activities. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services should first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
